The nurse at RBA contacted me yesterday afternoon to let me know that my thyroid test came back fine. But...she also informed me that I am a carrier of the Tay-Sachs disease. So, DH has to get tested as well. If we both are carriers, there is a one in four chance our child will be born with this disease. I am still eligible to donate my eggs, so hopefully I will cycle next month.
